Humphrey Fellowships

This program brings accomplished professionals to the U.S. at a mid-point in their careers for a year of non-degree study and related professional experience. Fellowships are granted competitively to Namibian professionals with a commitment to public service in both the public and private sectors, specifically in the fields of planning and resource management, public administration, agriculture, and health and nutrition. Emphasis is on obtaining practical knowledge useful in Namibia. Study is at a graduate level.
